Proud To Be Campaign
The goal of the “Proud to Be” campaign was to rally and motivate employees. Aimed at employees in customer-facing roles, such as customer support, the selected direction puts the viewer in the scene with their customers. These moments highlight the situations customers are in when they reach out to the employees of ServiceTitan and garner a sense of empathy. This campaign accompanied a complete overhaul of the support team branding and included additional professional resources for employee to customer relationship building.
