Behind the Business

This video series is among the work I’m most proud of in my career. While ServiceTitan is the premiere cloud-based software solution for trades businesses, it operates in a very human-centered industry. And there is no shortage of amazing customers with incredible stories.

The more we leveraged our customers for video testimonials and photography, the more that it became apparent to me that we were doing a disservice to our industry and the world, by not sharing and amplifying these stories.

The video series that follows is a three-part story on Dale Jackson, a big personality living in the small town of LaGrange, Georgia. The series was appropriately titled “Behind the Business” and explores the people and places in Dale’s world.
