The creation of the brand website/microsite at https://brand.servicetitan.com stemmed from the need for a centralized platform to house and manage all of ServiceTitan's brand assets. This included logos, brand colors, typography guidelines, and other essential elements crucial for maintaining a consistent brand identity across various channels and touchpoints.

During the design and exploration phase, our team focused on creating a platform that not only looked visually appealing but also highly functional. Every design element, from color schemes to typography choices, was meticulously chosen to reflect ServiceTitan's core values and it’s brand personality.

The impact of this project rippled through both our creative team and the company as a whole. For our creative team, the microsite became a lifeline, curbing repeated questions about our brand and where to find assets. It also empowered them to feel like subject-matter experts in the larger creative community. Externally, the microsite played a crucial role in reinforcing ServiceTitan's brand identity.
